Important multinational company is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer who will be responsible for translating the business strategy and objectives into marketing and sales support strategy and actions that achieve commercial success, as defined by the business.We are looking for a passionate marketing professional with experience in marketing strategy, vision development, and working with executive-level leaders. You will lead a diverse team of marketing professionals that span marketing, design, digital, public relations, analytics, and internal communication.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive positioning and marketing strategy to support the business objectives.Lead and enhance thought leadership, public policy, corporate social responsibility, and marketing efforts to effectively position the company in the market.Connect assets, alliances, partners, and customers to improve competitiveness.Manage and develop resources, such as people and investments, to achieve priorities and objectives.The primary key performance indicators (KPIs) for this role are positioning and brand survey metrics, as well as lead generation.Lead the communications team, ensuring that the information is aligned with policies.Ensure the delivery of appropriate information.QualificationsThe candidate should have a strong understanding of business principles, management, and financial constructs, enabling them to engage as a business executive first.Additionally, they should have deep marketing expertise across various aspects of the marketing spectrum, including strategy development and event management.The candidate should be able to develop, share, and implement a vision for marketing adoption across the organization and the customer journey.
