As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in driving process improvements and ensuring the highest standards of quality and productivity.About the RoleYou'll be responsible for:Driving continuous improvement and optimization of processes to maximize safety, quality, and productivity.Analyzing plant performance and proposing and implementing processes to improve consistency of operations.Developing SOPs and process flows for new and/or modified equipment and procedures to meet functional and reliability requirements.Determining critical process metrics that can be monitored on a regular basis.Conducting process audits and resolving audit findings.Setting project scope, timelines, and budget, as well as resource planning and activities scheduling.Working closely with various stakeholders on project-related matters.Overseeing all aspects of project management and operations to ensure smooth execution.Analyzing risks and mitigating these to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.Ensuring project compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards and requirements.Ideal CandidateYou possess a degree in Agronomy or Crop Science.You have at least 3 years of experience, including solid experience in a similar role in hop farming.You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organized, and able to multitask effectively.You have working knowledge of Hop Farm Management, Hop Growing and Harvesting Management, Farm Development Planning, and Procurement Management (Seeds, Fertilizers, Crop Protection).You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.You are prepared to relocate to the Russian Federation for full-time employment and to undertake up to 30-60% travel within the region.What's on Offer?This role requires relocation to the Russian Federation for full-time employment.A highly valued and acknowledged role by company stakeholders.A unique combination of substantial professional challenge and full potential to succeed.An opportunity to participate in sustainable growth management with the industry leader.
