Key Responsibilities Drive the technical execution of assigned opportunities through developing value propositions and the business case for specific opportunities, including technical designs, technical input on strategy for sales events, technical appendices, and preparation and delivery of technical sales presentations in customer meetings, resulting in successful sales. Participate in customer discussions for assigned opportunities to gain an understanding of customer drivers. Reflect on and share learnings from every engagement with other team members to ensure improved technical strategies worldwide in all future opportunities. Contribute to the global team by looking for opportunities and making suggestions to improve our internal tools and processes. In this role, there will be 25-35% expected travel. YOU MUST HAVE Recent graduate from Bachelors or MBA in Chemical Engineering or related field. 1+ years of experience in chemical engineering, preferably in refineries or engineering firms. Ability to develop and present technical proposals, and to interact directly with customers. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment. English proficiency. WE VALUE Recent experience as an intern or junior in chemical engineering companies. Experience with mini-contracts is a plus. Knowledge of refinery processes, such as reforming and isomerization (C5/C6 and C4). Proactive problem-solving and implementation of technical solutions. Strong communication and technical presentation skills. Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution. Experience in Reforming, C5/C6 Isomerization, and C4 Isomerization.
