Where do you fit in? Signant Health has embarked on an Enterprise IT application improvement strategy to "Enable Your Best Work". We're currently searching for a Business Systems Analyst to work as part of the Business Unit IT team with an emphasis on supporting our Legal, Risk and Compliance business unit.
The ideal candidate will have a good business mind and a proven ability to work with a business unit to understand their processes and strategy, identify problems, develop IT solutions to address problems and improve the business units' execution. You will have experience collaborating with other IT and business unit colleagues on implementing and operating these solutions.
Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to optimize the whole company's productivity and nurture both project and program success from inception to completion.
Key Accountabilities Understand the business processes and key strategies of the business unit to identify problems and improvements that IT systems and processes can address.Become an advocate for both Enterprise IT services and business unit's needs, to help Enterprise IT deliver better solutions.Elicit and clearly document business and system requirements.Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders.Conduct business process modeling and generate applicable scenarios for functional testing.Provide business solutions and support the implementation of solutions through collaboration with Enterprise IT and business unit stakeholders.Demonstrate leadership by managing projects for implemented solutions.Own the responsibility for quality and timely delivery of solutions to the business unit.Manage and administer any key applications that support the business unit.Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues, including 3rd party vendor support.You'll need to bring: Bachelor's degree in business analysis, IT, Compliance or related field, or knowledge acquired through equivalent experience.Strong understanding of pharmaceutical compliance regulations and Quality Management principles.Continuous Improvement Mindset: Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for enhancing quality processes and moving the organization towards higher levels of quality maturity.Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment where processes are being standardized and improved.Process Analysis and Documentation: Proficiency in analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes, with a focus on ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.Three to five (3-5) years in a business analyst, solution development and/or application administration role.Exceptional self-leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.Strong documentation, process mapping and verbal communication skills, being able to communicate complex technical matters in an easy-to-understand way.Ability to manage numerous business relationships in a professional manner, including managing multiple concurrent projects across stakeholders.Ability to develop, articulate, and present detailed business cases for any level audience.We'd be thrilled to hear that you also have: Passion for the digital improvement and optimization of a growing business.Global experience using teammates across the world to deliver projects.Business Analyst Certifications.Does this sound like you'd like to explore?
