ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Business Sales Manager to focus on driving net new revenue within Commercial customers through prospecting, networking, and executing marketing initiatives.
This role emphasizes identifying new opportunities, cross-selling, and upselling to increase footprint within the assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth and quota attainment.
Additionally, you will manage a select group of named commercial customers to ensure satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and address issues proactively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assess prospective and current customers' needs to identify new revenue streams and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and implement business strategies by understanding customer goals, decision-making channels, and market positioning.
Highlight the value of our solutions by addressing customer challenges and showcasing competitive advantages.
Build relationships with key customer decision-makers and create partnership strategies that align with customer requirements.
Continuously prospect to develop new customers and expand relationships with existing ones, maintaining a robust pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to scope and price special projects, ensuring timely and competitive proposals.
Lead renewal processes by identifying contract gaps, understanding customer needs, and negotiating pricing and service agreements.
Stay active in industry associations, attend trade shows, and stay informed on market trends.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: Advanced English conversational level is required.
Proven experience in Sales Management with global account clients, especially in industries such as financial, banking, insurance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or automotive.
Strong global teamwork management experience.
Excellent C-level relationship management skills.
Proficient in account planning, problem-solving, and analytics.
Self-management skills, results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently are essential.
