At Atlas Copco Chile we are searching for our next Business Line Manager, for the Industrial Air division within the Compressor Technique business area, based in Santiago, Chile. Your Role You play a key role in developing the market and team for the Industrial Air Business Line in Chile.You possess a clear vision of the current mission as defined by the Division, sharing the future objectives and outlining the strategy to achieve them, including both short- and long-term action plans for the entire territory under your responsibility.The primary goal of a Business Line Manager is to ensure excellent and sustainable business development. Your overall responsibility for Business Line operations includes safety, customer satisfaction, business development, financial results, and organizational growth, while also driving a strong focus on Customer Centricity.You will present and defend the strategies and results of the local business plan for your Business Line to the President and VP of Marketing of the Industrial Air Division during Business Review Meetings.You will fully understand and uphold the Business Code of Practice, demonstrating the highest commitment to it. You will promote this code throughout the organization and ensure its full implementation, taking corrective actions where necessary.As a member of the Company's Management Team, you will contribute to the company's overall performance.A good command of both written and spoken English is essential.To succeed, you will need Mandatory: Civil, Execution in Mining or industrial Engineering, Mechanical, or equivalent fields.At least 4 years of experience in similar positions.Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.An MBA, Business Management, Marketing, or Finance is highly valued.Specific experience in the industry in which the company operates, with an understanding of market dynamics and the sector's specific challenges.Leadership and Team Management.Strategic Planning Skills.Adaptability and Innovation.Results-Oriented.Negotiation Skills.In return, we offer you You are part of the Management team and will report hierarchically to the General Manager of Compressor Technique in Chile while receiving operational guidance from the Industrial Air Division. The position is a local employment in Chile. In agreement with the AII Divisional President and VP HR, a Local+ position might be considered.
