The position
As a Business Finance Partner Coordinator, you will have the following responsibilities:
Assist the Business Finance Manager in the annual budgeting process, rolling estimations, and year-end landing to ensure high-quality data for meaningful business plans. Support accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining financial reporting data structures to meet current and future business needs. Collaborate with the Line of Business (LoB) to closely monitor sales, operating costs, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and proper accounting of costs. Promote a data-driven culture by utilizing digital tools and sharing insights with stakeholders and decision-makers. Contribute to the optimization of resources and investment decisions to drive value creation for the company. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in budgeting, planning, and financial reporting. Good understanding of financial management and controlling Previous experience with budgeting, monthly reporting processes and with key reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI, SAP etc.) is an advantage Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English. About the department
The Finance & Operations department is responsible for conducting the financial operations and act as business partner to the organization. Our team prepares and interprets financial information, manages budgets, reports, and forecasts, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards. We work closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive value creation and support decision-making processes.
