You will collaborate internally to ensure there is clarity with respect to the roles and accountabilities of the hedging team, Digital First Regional Team, and the middle office in order to deliver high-quality support to clients, ensuring that client interactions and requests for support are met in an efficient and timely manner. You will leverage your network, research, and centrally generated data or analytics reports to create leads, contact prospects, and manage the whole sales onboarding process to lock in the clients and deliver the target.You will use your knowledge of FX markets and commercial awareness to build customer?s confidence, reliability, and retention. You will have 3+ years of hunter experience in attracting, supporting, and retaining a portfolio of clients/ customers within a digital environment alongwith optimizing the value of the portfolio along with progressive sales/service experience within financial services.
