The Job As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for business development and expansion of Raven in your country's market. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new businesses from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

From reinventing the core business of an organization to designing and developing an adjacent disruption venture, you will thrive to challenge the norm and provide independent, expert yet humble advice to our clients and our teams.
Responsibilities As a Business Development Manager, you will take part in the company development on multiple topics and missions, such as:
Raise the image of the brand, implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency.Serve as a spokesperson for the Raven brand and direct the positioning of the brand through local partners or in the infrastructure of nearby markets.Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.Finding and developing new opportunities and closing sales.Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.Developing quotes and proposals for clients.Manage and coordinate all business development activities in Chile and LATAM.Develop the strategic vision of your country's market as well as a yearly sales plan.Ensure Raven's mission and promote its values in the daily operation of the business.Work closely with Vertical Lines to co-create integrated offerings for target clients.Support project delivery from a client relationship management perspective.Profile requirement Bachelor's degree in business, marketing/technology or related field.A minimum of 8 years of experience in Consulting, IT, Technology or Design.Postgraduate degree in sales, finance or similar is also acceptable.A perfect knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learn.The ability to provide excellent customer service.Experience in sales, marketing or related areas.Strong communication skills and IT fluency.Advanced level of English, ideally with certification.Our benefits!
