Branch Manager The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) is searching for a passionate and dedicated Branch Manager to lead our Chapter. As a vital part of our network, you will play a key role in delivering the PRC's lifesaving services to the people of Santiago City. Responsibilities A. Leadership and Management Lead local branch staff and volunteers in delivering PRC services. Manage day-to-day activities, provide coaching, and conduct Performance Development Reviews. Coordinate discussions and evaluations to optimize branch operations. Develop and implement staff and volunteer development programs. Act as a liaison between NHQ and local staff/volunteers. Assist in recruitment efforts and address disputes or concerns. Monitor and evaluate service delivery and review reports. B. Fund Generation Plan and execute annual fund generation strategy, focusing on PRC promotion. Manage staff and volunteers to implement the strategy and maintain funding networks. Assist other PRC chapters as needed and refine the strategy regularly. C. Financial Management and Accounting Prepare and manage the annual budget, maintain financial records, and liaise with auditors. Maintain an inventory of branch assets. D. Service Delivery and Promotion Plan and evaluate goals for various services such as National Blood Service, Disaster Management, Safety Services, Community Health, and Social Services. Coordinate activities, education, and fundraising efforts as necessary. E. Red Cross Youth and International Humanitarian Law Plan and execute programs to engage youth and raise awareness of international humanitarian law. F. Communication Conduct meetings, attend sessions with the Board of Directors, and host visits from delegations. G. Administration Oversee maintenance of branch facilities, assets, and equipment. Qualifications: You hold a relevant Bachelor's degree. You have at least five (5) years of professional experience in a related field and supervisory role. You have a strong background in program development, management, and delivery. You possess leadership and management experience.
