Branch Manager

Job Description: The Branch Manager is responsible for attaining the branch target sales.
Responsibilities: Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Meeting planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Monitoring sales targets and reporting results to business unit heads.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
Promoting the organization and its products.
Understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Attending conferences, meetings, and events.
Creating quotes and proposals for clients.
Collaborating with Account Managers and Sales Supervisors in deal pursuits.
Hiring and training staff to ensure an effective team that delivers increased sales performance.
Qualifications: Graduate of any 4-year course.
At least 2 years of managerial experience in the IT industry.
Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Paid training.
Schedule: 8-hour shift.
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary.
Commission pay.
Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
Experience: Management: 1 year (Preferred).
