Position Title: Bookkeeper with AU Accounting Experience (POOLING) Location: Remote/WFH/PH Type of Employment: Part-time/Full-Time Salary Range: TBA Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in practice management and a strong background in financial record-keeping. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing invoices, bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner using designated accounting software (e.g., Xero, Quickbooks). Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions. Manage expenses by categorizing and recording receipts and payments. Provide administrative support such as email management and other clerical tasks as required. Assist in maintaining orderly and up-to-date financial records. Qualifications and Requirements: Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably with a reputable Australian accounting firm. Proficiency in practice management tools such as Karbon, Dext, Xero, and Quickbooks. Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. #J-18808-Ljbffr
