Bookkeeper (Ecommerce )

The Offer- Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance- Work alongside & learn from best in class talent- Strong opportunities to progress your careerThe Job- Handles data entry in QuickBooks.- Maintains and updates financial records, inclusive but not limited to bookkeeping and managing AP / AR- Answers phone calls and emails from internal and external customers.- Schedules and coordinates appointments and meetings as needed.- Monitors incoming scheduled, pending, and declined payments.- Manages collections accounts by performing customer outreach.- Must be comfortable following up with customers, collecting, and having difficult conversations.Compensation : $5 to $7 per hour,commensurate with experience.Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm Eastern Standard Time.The Profile- 2+ years working as a remote employee.- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.- 2+ years of QuickBooks or similar accounting software.- Superb English communication skills both oral and written to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.- Experience with Google Apps : Spreadsheet, Docs, Gmail, and Calendar is a plus.- A BBA or a degree in a related field is preferred but not required.- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with tight deadlines.The EmployerOur client is looking for a bookkeeper with e-commerce experience to join their US-based organization.
