In AFRY Chile we are looking for a talented and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes to ensure seamless project delivery.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineers and designers to develop, coordinate, and maintain accurate 3D models and digital project documentation.

The main responsibilities will be: Coordinate and Manage BIM Processes: Facilitate the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across all project phases.
Develop and Maintain BIM Standards: Create, maintain, and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the organization.
Project Setup and Execution: Set up BIM models, including establishing templates, workflows, and project-specific requirements.
Quality Control and Model Auditing: Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client specifications and BIM standards.
Technical Support and Training: Provide training and technical support to project teams regarding BIM tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Civil 3D).
Facilitate Coordination Meetings: Lead and facilitate BIM coordination meetings to resolve issues and track progress.
Model Delivery and Documentation: Prepare and manage model deliverables, ensuring they meet project milestones and client requirements.
Implement Emerging BIM Technologies: Research and integrate new BIM-related technologies and tools to optimize workflows and project outcomes.
Knowledge of Afry's BIM methodologies.
