What you'll do:
Position Title: Bid Manager – Early Career Talent
Location: Santiago, Chile. 4777 Los Militares Av., Las Condes
Duration: Temporary 6 months up to 1 year
In this role,
you'll:
- Act as Trusted Advisor to Market Unit Head and Commercial team to enabling right decisions, drive with predictability and accuracy, process excellence and continuous improvement on Deal Management Process (operational procedure, tools, processes, and content).
- Provide holistic support as Operational Backbone of the Services portfolio, integrating other business and margin improvement through efficient Process Execution.
- Potentially participate in internal strategic cross-unit programs and initiatives.
The Early Career Talent will support with various operational tasks such as but not limited to:
- Support bid management activities (documents, meeting minutes, presentations, follow up jointly the Bid manager lead).
- Create quote in Harmony and support all commercial team.
- Support internal initiatives related with Deal Management Process.
- Perform on demand activities related to approval acting as Bid manager for small/simple deals.
- Generation of Requests in the Resource Management System to search experts from extended teams to work on detailing scoping (if required).
What you bring:
Education:
- Recent University graduate. Associates or bachelor's degree.
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related areas.
- Past Internships is a plus.
Requirements and Experience:
- Very good oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (oral & written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Word, Excel (macros and graphs desirable), PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Enjoy detail-oriented tasks and ability in working with a virtual global team.
- Analytical, structured, process-oriented with a logical mindset.
- Can do mentality and collaborative behavior.
- High commitment to deadlines and quality.
- Ability to work independently.
