Reporting to the project leader, the main responsibilities are: Dashboard Design: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their requirements and design intuitive, user-friendly executive dashboards that effectively communicate key metrics and insights. Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Tableau. Performance Optimization: Optimizes BI solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability. Monitoring and optimizing the performance of dashboards to ensure fast load times and responsiveness, implementing best practices for data aggregation, filtering, and visualization. Create and manage complex database objects including tables, views, and stored procedures. Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data. Conduct business analysis to understand stakeholders' data needs and translate them into technical requirements. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all BI solutions. Stay updated with the latest BI trends, tools, and best practices. An ideal candidate will be/have: +3 years of experience in Reporting in Tableau / Power BI / SSRS / other BI tools, Business Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, and Database management. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong experience in the lifecycle of a visualization project - Gathering Requirements, Defining KPI Logics, Designing Wireframes, Assessing Data Needs. Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau) is mandatory. Comfort in a fast-paced environment. Advanced English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional teams.
