Responsibilities: Support and assist the Corporate Compliance Program, including but not limited to Code of Ethics, Crime Prevention, Third Party Due Diligence, Contributions, among other topics. Support to Company's internal departments, including creation, revision, and negotiation of contracts. Take charge of the creation of policies, programs and educational material regarding an assortment of topics. Conduct legal research on potential new laws, changes in the laws, and the impact of different regulations that can affect the Company's operation. Create memorandums regarding the findings, including recommendations and solutions. Support legal matters, including but not limited to the following: corporate, contracts, environmental, labor law, court procedures, settlements and not litigious conflicts, financial regulations, intellectual property, antitrust, among others. Take part in different projects, assuring the project is conducted efficiently, working with multinational teams, under moderate to minimal supervision. Must communicate efficiently with internal departments, external consultants, and counsels. Requirements: Attorney, as certified by the Supreme Court of Chile 3+ years of experience. English: Advanced or native speaker with excellent oral and writing skills. Advanced legal studies, LLM: completed in a common law jurisdiction at an English-speaking university.
