What you will be doing at Evalueserve: Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders, department heads, and HR colleagues across the organization in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive, fair, and inclusive work environment. Performance Management: Oversee the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, evaluation, and appraisal processes for the center. Talent Management: Proactively work with business leaders and teams to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Change Management: Lead and support legal, policy, and organizational changes to ensure smooth transitions. Compliance and Risk Management: Partner with the HR Compliance team to ensure adherence to HR policies and local laws. Data-Driven Decision Making: Maintain updated HR metrics and utilize analytics to inform decision-making. HR Processes, Metrics, and Reporting: Own assigned HR metrics and processes for key areas such as recognition, engagement, and retention. Team Management: Act as Manager by assignment in case of the absence of the Manager. What we're looking for: 5+ years of experience in HR positions, with a focus on strategic roles and leadership. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or professional HR certifications preferred. Excellent communication skills, in English and Spanish. Advanced English level is required. Desirable residence in Valparaiso region, with the possibility of relocation. Strong business acumen and understanding of consulting, professional services, analytics, technology, or financial services industries. Solid understanding of Chilean labor laws. Effective relationship building, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. Advanced competencies in Office 365 tools, particularly Excel; experience with PowerBI or ERP/HR software ideal.
