Based out of our Santiago de Chile office supporting one of the time zones below:
Supporting Berlin team- working typical Santiago time zone.The role will function on a full onsite/hybrid capacity. Your responsibilities will include:
Expert Sourcing and Onboarding: Source and onboard experts for specific projects, ensuring their engagement for future opportunities.
Understanding Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of our clients' requirements and identify relevant experts to meet those needs.
Communication and Outreach Skills: Develop both internal and external communication and outreach skills, including cold calls, emails, and persuasive language and negotiation techniques.
Adaptability: Adapt quickly to the fast-paced nature of our client-driven environment, where speed is a critical success factor.
Client Excellence: Ensure an exceptional client experience by providing accurate expert recommendations and taking a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

The "Liquido" will depend on your health insurance and pension fund)
Monthly performance-based bonus of up to $800.000.
Final amount will depend on performance output.
