**Job Description Summary**: This entry level position reports to the Americas Talent Acquisition Coordinator Lead and the purpose of this position is to support the Talent Acquisition/Management Process Lead and Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) in ensuring the Talent Acquisition Group meets its goal of effectively and efficiently supporting Talent Acquisition for the Americas.This hybrid role entails being on-site approximately 2-3 days weekly in the offices located in Satiago, Chile.Main Activities and responsabilities:- Provide data/information to the Talent Acquisition Coordinator Lead, Talent Acquisition/Management Process Lead, and Talent Acquisition CoE as needed to address problems, solve questions or analyze efficiency or effectiveness- Perform tasks in support of Talent Acquisition in accordance with standard procedures. This may include processing transactions in Workday or other systems.- Manage and support any escalated or high-quality CIC cases- Initiate new hire on-boarding by ensuring information has been created in Workday and various required documents have been obtained from the new hire and where required to handover downstream- Deliver weekly live virtual New Hire Orientation**_ Position Requirements_**- Desired academic training: Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or similar. - Desired work experience: From 1 year of experience in an industry that requires multiple functions, administrative work, call center, customer service with dates and deadlines to meet.
