Job Description The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for all sales related activities within the assigned territory through the knowledge and experience in the field of valve automation sales, combined with a strong commitment to top-quality customer service.
Reporting to the Country Manager, this person will be delivering quality, building relationships and loyalty with customers resulting in increased revenue and company profitability.
This provides the opportunity to collaborate with our global CPI teams while working within a project sales team to provide a coordinated effort to ensure customer satisfaction and completion of sales projects.
Qualifications Experience Requirements: Demonstrated technical aptitude; engineering degree or diploma is an asset.
Experience in the sale of engineered industrial products through direct and indirect channels.
Proficiency with a CRM and Microsoft Office.
Class B driver's license, acceptable driving record Valid passport - willingness to travel, including some overnights.
Spanish is required, English level intermediate at minimum.
A Successful Candidate: Exhibit tact and strong diplomatic skills when dealing with all staff, customers and suppliers.
Sound time management and planning skills.
High level of self-motivation, independence and self-reliance.
