You would solve these banking challenges and improve decision making with award winning solutions.What you will be doing at Evalueserve:- Providing application support for end users of banking applications- Acting as SME for banking applications- Testing, improving and debugging for different apps.- Providing support on US business hours but having a flexible schedule for events happening off business hours or weekends / holidays (tests or deployments)- Creating and maintaining documentation (workflows, procedures, user guides, forms) updated on different platforms.- Leveraging strong project and communication management skills to keep up with multiple work streams and keep stakeholders and managers updated as neededWhat we're looking for:- 6+ years or relevant work experience- Advanced communication skills in English- Continuous learning orientation to get familiar enough with standard and customized applications- SQL knowledge to understand underlying data from application and conduct data quality verifications related to issues or data maintenance required- Knowledge on banking domain and experience with credit and loan products such as being familiar with how expected credit loss / PDs / LGDs work, terms like RORA , Capital cost , RWA, exposure mean, etc- Knowledge of Tidal or similar platforms that allow to automate jobs.- Linux / Unix knowledge to edit / verify jobs, scripts,servers, request restarts, …- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail to translate requirements into actionable solutions, while maintaining a view of the bigger picture- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple work streams and able to work under pressure- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, with ability to operate independently but knowing when to escalate- Stakeholder management skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
