Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.**Your new function**:Main liaison between Ad Sales and Clients to ensure that the negotiated deal is executed flawlessly. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the channels break and inventory according to the approvals of Media Planning and Ad Sales. The booking of all commercials in a timely manner as well as the daily closing of the sales logs for all WBD channels with complete accuracy, ensuring superior customer service and providing solutions in order help reach the company's financial objectives by optimizing revenue.**Job responsibilities**:- Manage all aspects of the accounts from the order entry level to the reconciliation/billing level including the continuous communication with agencies/clients regarding negotiations and order insertion (booking, preemptions, adjustments, material management). Ensure the accuracy of all revenue booked in the system.- Implement the Media Planning strategy of break structure and ensure that the amount of inventory allotted for sales is accurately available. Manage the daily inventory of all the Sales channels and communicate if inventory needs to be modified. Close the daily sales logs by ensuring that all inventory is used, and revenue is maximized.- Communicate daily with the regions and external sales representatives on status of accounts. Provide excellent customer service to the regions, clients or external sales reps- Act as a liaison between the region and/or external sales reps and other departments in Region (i.e. Network Operations, Planning & Reporting, Programming, Finance)**Qualifications and experience**- College degree or equivalent required- Strong analytical/organization skills and excellent written and verbal communication.- Spanish is a must; Portuguese is a plus.- Must be a detail-oriented person- Excellent computer skills in Windows, Word, Excel.
