MAIN DUTIES Follow project-specific guidelines to assess and contrast two replies given by a retail assistant in response to a particular customer question.Evaluate the responses based on parameters like safety, pertinence, usefulness, and alignment with the virtual assistant's tone and style.Choose the most appropriate response or determine if both are unsatisfactory.Project Details Start Date: July, 2024

Schedule: Minimum of 1 hour/day, Maximum 4 hours/day - 3 days a week.
