Sourcing Model Promotion: Advocate for the company's sourcing model to enhance negotiations with growers. Supply Chain Management: Ensure timely acquisition and delivery of fruit, maintaining quality standards. Volume Acquisition and Negotiation: Negotiate fruit volumes with growers, avoiding closed bins. Grower Advisory and Supervision: Provide technical advice and supervision from pruning to harvesting. Regulatory Compliance and Updates: Ensure adherence to export regulations and update growers on compliance requirements. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate fruit transportation logistics with operations teams. Quality Control: Manage quality control during harvest and coordinate with the quality team. Data Submission and Reporting: Submit accurate reports on production and negotiation statuses. Payments and Proactive Engagement: Ensure timely payments to growers and maintain proactive engagement.
