As a remote travel agent, a taste for travel and excellent organizational skills are important.

This role involves planning vacations or trips of any kind, destination suggestions, maintaining client files, and managing large-scale events. Possibility of specialization in areas such as theme parks, beaches, cruises, national or international trips, social events, among others.

Your goal will be to keep customers satisfied and loyal for future services. The ideal person will be an excellent communicator with in-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, as well as possessing excellent negotiation and sales skills.

We work with more than 130 national and international suppliers such as Xcaret, Nickelodeon,
Universal, Riu, Barcelo, Palladium, Sandals, VAX, Expedia, Golden Tickets, among others.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Determine customer needs and preferences, and search for information according to dates and budget.
- Suggest and plan itineraries, tour packages, accommodation, transportation, among others, according to the individual or group needs of your clients.
- Book hotels, flights, cruises, sporting events, car rentals, tours, trains.
- Provide trip information, details about required documents (such as passports or visas), weather conditions, local attractions, customs, etc.
- Manage travel experiences, before and during the trip.
- In case of changes in flights, itinerary, or any other, provide support for reservation arrangements or other modifications.

Requirements:

- Computer with internet access

- Taste for travel (previous experience is a plus)
- All training is provided
