We are seeking a diligent Administration Assistant to join our legal team specializing in contesting New York City parking tickets.
This role focuses on managing and processing parking ticket submissions, ensuring accurate data entry, and handling financial transactions related to each case.
The Role
Responsibilities :
- Receive and process parking ticket submissions via email and phone, ensuring each ticket is accurately logged.
- Manage and update invoices post-court decisions, preparing them for payment to the city or marking them as dismissed.
- Handle financial transactions, including receiving payments upfront from customers when tickets are submitted.
- Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and financial management related to ticket payments and city dues.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions and ticket statuses without the need for phone communication.

Qualifications :
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
