Pack House and Storage: Identify and secure top-quality leased pack houses and storage spaces.
Establish contracts with service providers well in advance.
Coordination and Quality Control: Coordinate with General Managers (GMs) of overseas companies for sourcing and packing.
Ensure compliance with global customer quality requirements.
Marketing and Market Development: Oversee marketing activities across all operational locations.
Explore and develop new export markets.
Management of Fruit for Global Sales: Classify and categorize fruit based on global market suitability.
Ensure compliance with international regulations and certifications.
End-to-End Management: Manage activities from procurement to shipping.
Document all commitments with stakeholders.
Emergency and Critical Situations: Address emergency situations to ensure business continuity.
Maintain contacts for logistics and customs support.
Strategic Management: Formulate and execute strategies to optimize grower relationships.
