Job Summary Perform the accounting process for the countries in charge of Latin America (2 Business Unit) accounting postings, reconciliations, reports.
Main Activities: Support and review company's accounting transactions for LATAM 2 business units.
Preparation of accounting journal entries, reconciliations, calculation and journal entries of accruals, accounting application of fixed assets and depreciation.
Explanation of financial variations to the team leader.
Constant communication with local accounting firms.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Support the accounting process with any additional tasks assigned.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting.
2 years of experience as an analyst or general accounting specialist in transnational companies (in contact with U.S. and Latin American countries).
Working experience servicing several countries.
Advanced English.
Service attitude.
Proactive.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Teamwork.
Experience in ERP (Oracle desirable).
Spreadsheet skills.
Analytical thinking and skills.
