Your Role Generate a pipeline of media agencies and CPG brands across the Latin America Region.
Drive sales growth for Topsort's demand-side product, Toppie, by engaging in strategic conversations with retailers and agencies.
Develop brand partnerships and media plans while maintaining close collaboration with partners on the supply-side.
Attend various industry events and trade shows, being an active voice of Toppie in Latin America.
Develop product knowledge and be a subject matter expert on Topsort's entire product stack, including but not limited to retail media platform, ad serving APIs, and our demand-side product, Toppie.
Other Adhoc duties as required.
Requirements 3-7 years of experience in media sales within a digital agency, CPG brand, or a retailer with a retail media business component.
Familiarity with Advertising is a bonus.
Consistent track record of hitting quota and going above and beyond.
Experience in a scale-up sales organization is preferred.
Bachelor's Degree minimum; MBA preferred.
A learner's mindset and adaptability to a fast-paced environment are essential.
Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
