Join the team and create the future of customer experience together. The Account Director Enterprise is a pivotal role. You will develop and implement a comprehensive account plan and strategy that maximizes needs to drive revenue for the entire Genesys suite of products in the Enterprise segment. It is an extremely critical role in helping us realize our goal of providing our customers with an unequaled customer experience. The Account Director Enterprise has the unique challenge of understanding our customers' and industry needs and strategic objectives to uncover how Genesys can best serve them in achieving their objectives. At the same time, must act as an influencer, connector, and coordinator to make sure that we are pulling together the right team, at the right time, and delivering the best CX in such a way that our customers come to trust and rely on Genesys even more. Coordination of strategy and execution with our Business Partners is one of the key factors for success in this role. Responsibilities: Meeting and/or exceeding goals including, but not limited to, revenue, customer growth, and sales expenses. Managing forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement. Managing the entire sales life-cycle of transactions to ensure visibility into and predictability of the lead-to-close process. Ensuring and enabling the highest levels of professionalism. Acting as a Genesys representative to maintain positive relationships with all employees, customers, Partners, and shareholders. Providing timely and positive resolution of escalated sales-related issues. Communicating with key customers, business partners and executives on significant issues and accomplishments. Selling and promoting the sales of Genesys products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. Participating in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Building a relationship with key players in their customer accounts and Business Partners. Penetrating the customer account as needed or in coordination with Business Partners at all levels and all subsidiaries. Becoming a trusted advisor on Genesys products/solutions to meet the needs of their customer accounts. Developing and executing a territory plan to maximize revenue. Generating and achieving monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicting revenue on a monthly basis. Conducting weekly progress meetings with the sales team. Assisting in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacting across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure objectives are met. Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations. Requirements: +8 years sales experience within the technology industry. SaaS platforms and specialized in CX. Leadership skills to lead a sales engagement. Be a "High Energy", results-oriented achiever and a team player willing to work in a demanding and dynamic environment. Demonstrated track record in software sales. Excellent verbal and written communications skills: produce materials, deliver presentations, and perform general education. Ability to represent the company at senior executive levels. Able to develop proposals and manage the sales cycle with minimum supervision while providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
