The team specializes in providing a range of learning system products ranging from eLearning, Instructor-led material, Virtual Machine Inspection, VR/touch screen solutions. Our 3D Developers help build, maintain, and manage assets for a variety of our learning system products used in training for mining personnel. This requires knowledge of 3D modelling and texturing methodologies for low, medium, and high-fidelity simulation, using a variety of graphics engines.
Candidates require the following skills: Experience in Game Development, 3D CGI animation, or similar background. The ability to learn new skills, solve problems and understand issues from a Customer and Company perspective. Minimum software knowledge of Photoshop and Blender or 3DS Max. Hard-Surface modelling and texturing skills. Some experience with the Unity Game Engine. Desirable: Knowledge of Substance Painter and PBR workflows. Some understanding of scripting languages. Availability to travel to mining sites both within and outside of Chile is required.
