Job Summary
:The Summer Internship program offers an overview and training in various functions or areas of the company (Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, Supply Chain, Quality, ES&H, etc.), and is developed according to the specialty or discipline in question.
The extension of the program is two months, this is January and February 2025.
"If this position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy, may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership".
Major Responsibilities: The interns will work under the supervision and guidance of the respective leaders defined for this purpose. The main responsibilities are:
Participating in the preparation of reports or weekly/monthly reports/activities. Participating in the development, improvement, and use of databases. Conducting research and analysis as required. Bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the ongoing project Participating in training sessions and technical training; systems, procedures, business, for example, as well as workshops for the development of interpersonal and management skills. Generating learning moments by observing experienced professionals in the field. Performing simple or medium complexity tasks, typical of the project or team that is integrated. Education and Experience Requirements: To be a student of Civil, Structural Engineering or related, from an accredited university. Professional practice as part of the university curriculum. Being able to be an intern for 2 months (360 hours), during January and February 2025. No previous experience is required. Required Knowledge and Skills: Responsibility. Collaboration, ability to work well in a team. Communication. Problem-solving ability. Intermediate-advanced English level Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office.
