We are searching for the best talent for SENIOR MANGER EXPERIENCE DESIGN MEDTECH to be in Sao Paulo, Brazil; Santiago, Chile; Mexico City, Mexico; or in Bogota, Colombia.
Sr. Manager will play a pivotal design leadership role in the LATAM region supporting the end-to-end experiences for MedTech products and services.
Key Responsibilities:Engage and collaborate with Business Product Managers, Business Product Owners, and Engineers to craft new and improve existing experiences for the J&J Medical Devices LATAM products/products groupsSupport definition of overall user experience strategy and experience design for products/product groupsPromote user-centricity and design thinking within the team; coach and mentor team in experience design practicesDrive user research to inform, iterate, and validate the product design, applying field observations, interviews, contextual inquiries, surveys, remote usability testing, A/B testing, etcAudit the landscape competitively and comparatively for inspiration as well as design ideas that can be used in the current design processConsult on prototypes developed, ensuring they demonstrate the intended end-user experience and fundamental interactionsIntegrate usability studies and research into product requirementsContribute to crafting the design culture of the Experience Design organization, LATAM region, and our partnersMentor and support multi-functional teams on how to demonstrating leverage Experience Design into their products and experiences skills.Be one of the ambassadors for Experience design and evangelists for the region Qualifications Love this role? See the requirements below!Bachelor's degree in design or related field of study8+ overall years of experience with 5+ years of related work experience in User-Centered Design or similarA portfolio of UX design work from pencil and whiteboard to wireframes and prototypes (blog, Dribble, GitHub, etc.)Ability to digest and translate sophisticated technical requirements into intuitive experiences.Ability to lead synthesis, design distinctive, intuitive creative artifacts (e.g., wireframes, task flows, screen mockups, prototypes)Understanding of component-based design systems to be applied at scaleExperienced command of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)Experience conducting both qualitative user research and user testing and quantitative methods to inform design decisionsDemonstrated expertise in the design and evaluation of processes, products, and systems with respect to human factors/usability considerations.Shown leadership experience advocating customer-centricity and ability to influence and shape experience strategies with business leadership.A growth mindset and a passion for continuous learningStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teamsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully implement Experience Design strategies and methodsFluent in English both spoken and writtenProfessional working proficiency in Spanish a plusJohnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
