What You'll Do As the Finance business partner for commercial / operations you will ensure profitable growth in our LATAM markets. Perform analysis, interpretation, and conclusions of financial reports (internal and external) for correct finding resolutions and continual optimization of the business. Focus on ensuring profitable future growth and optimal level of investments according to business targets. Align strategic plan with finance impacts, ensuring operating models supports business strategy. Capital management and forecasting of key project for growth in LATAM. Market evaluation and business cases for organic / inorganic growth and investment decisions. Improve and maintain overall critical processes in the business value chain. Demonstrate and/or spearhead the commitment to achieving Zero Injuries through safety-based behavior. Guarantee compliance with health, safety and environmental standards, objectives, and regulations. Live and promote IPL corporate values. Analyze interpret and recommend improvements of financial statements for the functional management and competitive information. Support the commercial area in preparing the monthly sales forecast for capital requirements. Support in the preparation of the budget for the finance and commercial area for capital needs. Calculate, record and report to Corporate IPL and DNA the provision of the company's royalties. Prepare executive reports requested by finance management, as well as commercial management.+ Support in the development of policies and procedures for financial and commercial management. Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis. Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting. Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making. Assist in the evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions. Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Participate in projects assigned by finance management. Preparation of reports, graphs, and financial reports for constant analysis (projections and actuals) contrasting them with the KPIs of the area. Analyze financial data and develop financial models to assist in decision making. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and counteract actual results with planned results and estimates. Carry out the business case process, analyzing the variables and scenarios proposed. Provide trend analysis and predictions, as well as recommendations for optimization measures. Recognize and drive process changes, such as the development of standard and ad hoc reports, tools, and dashboards in Excel. Escalate any financial issues to management and other required accepted parties. What We Are Looking For 2-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, finance department in B2B companies or a similar role. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Industrial engineering or Commercial Engineering with focus in finance SAP advanced knowledge is preferred Advanced Office (Excel y PowerPoint) is highly required. Advanced English.
