ResponsibilitiesThe OpportunityDoritos Brand Specialist Chile, is accountable for delivering brand business objectives by developing strategies and implementing them through effective and cross-functional teams. Full responsibility for Pipeline Innovation E2E process.Your ImpactAs Brand Specialist Chile your responsibilities would consist of …Innovation: responsible for planning and supporting portfolio vision´s creation within the context of PEP strategies and growth plans including innovation pipeline. Also responsible for assuring innovation targets working closely with the multifunction team. P&L management: accountability for brand assuring implementation of projects and productivities on time, targets delivery and mitigation of possible issues. Also responsible for the correct brand information to build strong plans; Insights: work with Insights in the conception and implementation of studies, researches and reports to address main Business Goals, also leading its application into action plans;GTM / Sales + Operation: deeply understand sales dynamics and work closely with commercial team and field marketing positions in Chile to define priorities on areas/channels growth/defense plans. Follow sales and operation numbers acting when needed to guarantee end to end achievements. QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?Bachelor Degree: Marketing, Comercialization, Advertising, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineering, Communications.Marketing experience, preferably within consumer goods companies.
