The Role We are seeking a Ward Officer to support the Wynnum Manly Ward Office in providing excellent customer service and office administration to deliver great outcomes for local residents and the wider community. This role will be based at the Wynnum Manly Ward Office, four days a week with some flexibility in the start and finish times. Office hours are from 8am to 4pm. As the Ward Officer, you will be the first point of contact for all in-person, telephone and email enquiries and you will have a professional and welcoming demeanour. Our ideal candidate is someone with a flexible, energetic and agile attitude who is able to take the initiative to keep the office and administration tasks organised. Your professional attitude will enable you to succeed in a busy office environment with competing demands and priorities.
