If yes, then we would like to get to know you!We are looking for a communicative and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Intern to help us increase the awareness of our Cultural Care Au Pair program in Chile. This is a full-time 6-month long internship based in Santiago, starting as soon as possible with a monthly salary of $150.000. While the position is based in Santiago, it may require travel across Chile.As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will work mainly with offline marketing but also get insight into our online marketing channels. You are part of an ambitious and dynamic team. Your tasks: Together with the team, increase sales and brand awareness by attending fairs and career days at schools, universities, career centers, and similar local institutions across Chile Be part of developing and managing new partnerships and platforms to place Cultural Care in a way that is appropriate for the target group Planning and execution of school visits, fairs, and events to reach our target group, strengthen customer loyalty, and promote sales Be a part of developing and implementing new and existing relationships with schools and universities – both over the phone and in person Support the sales team in recruitment, screening, and coaching of potential au pairs over the phone Our expectations : You are comfortable with public speaking - in person and online You have full proficiency in both Spanish and English You are an ambitious and curious person with a positive hands-on attitude You have experience abroad - preferably your own Au Pair-experience What we offer: Work in an international and dynamic atmosphere with flat hierarchies Insight into various tasks in the area of Sales & Marketing and the opportunity to take on your own projects The chance to network with colleagues in Chile, as well as with colleagues in the US and 24 other international EF & Cultural Care recruitment offices.
