Asura Technologies Ltd., based in Budapest and founded in 2017, is seeking a Product Manager to join their team. Our company designs, develops, and installs AI-based parking, traffic monitoring, and security systems worldwide, incorporating our proprietary video analytics and license plate recognition software.
Asura operates globally, with a significant market presence in the United States and numerous projects in Europe and Asia through our strategic partners. Over the past 7 years, our core team has grown to 100+, and we have a US site with 50 employees.
TasksSupport sales executives with solution selling into prospect account basePartner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cyclesModel the financial business case associated with each sales opportunitySuccessfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutionsCreate and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value propositionManage all aspects of RFP / RFI responsesCoordinating with various teams, including sales, technical, legal and finance to ensure all aspects of a bid are addressedMaintaining comprehensive and accurate bid documentation, including bid files, records of communication and pricing information.Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancementsCollect and document competitive intelligenceRequirementsProven work 3+ years experience in similar roleProven track record selling complex SaaS solutionsUnderstanding pricing strategies and financial analysis in bid development.Ability to create visually appealing and engaging bid presentations.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.Exceptional organisational and time management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess bid opportunities and develop winning strategiesSolid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to travelBA/BS degree or equivalentWhat We OfferProfessional growth opportunities within the companyParticipations in international projectsFlexible working hours with WFH optionsContinuous and immediate feedback on your work with a supportive environmentA youthful, dynamic and successful team with a friendly atmosphere#J-18808-Ljbffr
