Job Description The residente manager is the person in charge of the daily operation of the hotel within Awasi and Relais & Chateaux standards, in order to create memorable moments for all of our guests.

Qualifications Extensive and proven experience as a hotel manager in a luxury hospitality environment is essentialComprehensive knowledge of all operational areas within a high-end hotel is requiredBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatoryFluency in English is crucial, with advanced proficiency in both written and spoken communicationExceptional management and leadership skills are imperative, with a demonstrated ability to guide and motivate teamsWillingness and ability to relocate and reside in Torres del Paine, Chile, is a non-negotiable requirement for this position
