The Job You will lead business teams in order to define, create, deliver and manage new products. Plan and prioritize business objectives working with business designers and product owners to ensure product delivery and quality. Maintain and organize product definitions, keeping up to date business objectives and key results. Approve completed functioning products to ensure continuous value generation, product launch, and market releases. Your focus is not only on increasing our clients' short-term goals and performance but also on driving mid to long-term transformation within the clients we serve.
As part of the Experience Factory team, you are expected to help define and package the Product Management practice, to develop a deeper and wider service, supporting sales and new business developments.
Responsibilities Determine product vision and growth opportunities for the products we are currently developing as well as for future endeavors.Keep up to date on market trends, analyzing competitors, innovations, and determining new opportunities in the sector.Evaluate the necessary resources for the successful definition of the products and services, providing business context to our clients and the delivery team, Product Owners, and technical leaders.Define tools and methodologies to help design and prioritize within our clients and development teams, ensuring business vision and viability.Define product specifications that respond to business and experience definitions.Lead product launch plans and set expectations for the delivery of new and future business results.Generate reports about product progress and business impact.Define the tactical plan to achieve the product vision, feature set, and growth opportunities.Help align and provide business context to design and development teams.Investigate the market, analyzing the participants in the sector.Evaluate the necessary resources for the successful definition of the product.Define tools through Scrum planning exercises designed to help select development work.Generate reports about product progress and business impact.Profile Requirements We focus (but do not constrain) our search on professionals with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or Communication. A Master's is a plus.Experience developing products external to the user.Experience in financial services, mobile banking, or fintechs is a bonus.Previous experience as a Product Owner in IT areas.Strong knowledge and experience in software development.English is a plus.Passionate about the world of software development and technology.Your ideal work experience would be at least 3 years.
