People & Culture Coordinator / Recruiter

AufgabenStrabag Chile is looking for professionals to cover its People & Culture Coordinator / Recruiter positions in Santiago, Calama and Rancagua.The role will report directly to the People & Culture Partner and will be responsible for :- Overseeingthe entire recruitment process to attract the best talent and filling the openpositions in the company.- Supportingthe People & Culture Partner to implement the development processes inprojects / central office such as onboarding, exit interviews, performancemanagement and training.- Reportingof P KPIs to the People & Culture Partner.- Assisting in the implementation of change and digitalization.Qualifikationen- Bachelor's degree in Psychology; Human Resources,Business Administration or related field.- Demonstrated experience of at least 4 years in similar HR roles, desirable in Construction companies.- Strong knowledge of Organizational Development, Recruitment and Selection, User Support, and Training.- Advanced level proficiency in Excel.- Upper-intermediate level proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Results-oriented and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Wir bietenThe Sub-Division IV in Chile is part of the "International and Tunnelling" Division, which employs 4,000 people, currently delivering projects in 17 countries, with a turnover of 2.0 billion euros.
