Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the service strategy and drive service growth for the Motion Services Division in Chile. Each day, you will lead the Service organization and be responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of Service resources. You will also showcase your expertise by running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity.
The work model for the role is: hybrid.
This role contributes directly to the global results of the Service division. Main stakeholders will be the members of the Motion Chile Management team, Regional Service Manager, Motion Sales team, and Operations team.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Creating and driving implementation of service strategy for Chile.Ensuring that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other Motion divisions.Driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring of performance targets as part of the Motion Services Chile P&L and end-to-end business management (financial, productivity, investments, HSE, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.).Investing in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction.Leading and developing teams and people in your team.Our team dynamicsYou will join a dynamic, talented, high-performing team, where you will be able to thrive, and most importantly directly contribute to help customers achieve their net zero targets and sustainability goals.
Qualifications for the roleYou are immersed in business leadership P&L Management responsibility, and the business management market. Above all, you must enjoy running a business with significant positive impact on our clients, employees, and stakeholders.Ability to demonstrate your experience in leading teams across different business functions.You have experience in long-term business planning, such as resources, personnel, portfolio, and organizational design.You are at ease communicating in fluent English and Spanish (Fluent English to be tested during the selection process, including interviews in English and Spanish).You are passionate about working as a business leader with technical knowledge related to motors and variable speed drives (nice to have).Possess good knowledge of Mining and/or Pulp and Paper industrial processes (nice to have).More about usWe value people from different backgrounds.
