Job Profile / Activities: Manages employees that are responsible for projects, development teams and application or infrastructure support or operations functions.
Oversee application programming and analysis projects which include development, installation and maintenance of application programs.
• Maximize staff contribution through professional growth and development, to increase teamwork and more effectively meet business needs.
• Analyze and provide strategy regarding applications or infrastructure to ensure that all systems that are developed, meet business needs and specifications.
• Monitor and maintain adherence and compliance to cybersecurity and quality standards on an ongoing basis.
• Responsible for expense and capital budgets.
• Monitors and communicates vendor effectiveness, reliability, and performance.
• Builds and maintains relationships with key internal business partners.

Basic Qualifications Education: College degree is required
