Descripción del empleo Lead Lead Lead our Distribution Partner asociates and manage the Field Sales resources to achieve the implementation of Red Bull's commercial strategy at all key account customers in designated area.
Develop short and mid-term strategies to reach area targets.
Implement national strategies and key initiatives by customer.
Relationship Building Build strong relationships with our DP and all key players, like third party agencies, in the defined region by providing first class customers service and engagement with the world of Red Bull.
Execution Work close with our DP sales force in order to be aligned on Red Bull strategy, focus and opportunities, securing and improving the in-store presence of the Red Bull brand via implementation of the Perfect Store Standards.
Training and development Train, motivate and lead the skills and Perfect Store execution guidelines knowledge of the merchandisers and sales force of our DP.
Team Management Establish and maintain a dynamic and fun team environment that encourages positive attitude, team interaction and creativity.
Foster strong relationships between Red Bull and the DP sales force.
Analysis and Planning Analyze and use all available data sources (e.g.
Nielsen, PSR, B2B, GDS and DP data) to create a customized strategy and execution plan for their zone to achieve better share, sales and execution results.
Develop reports and presentations about area performcane and opportunities to share with the national team and our DP.
Complete all reports before deadline.
Requisitos 2 years experience in Off Premise sector, FMCG.
Previous successful experience leading field sales teams (nice to have) Leadership, motivation and team skills.
Clear understanding of the Off Premise channel.
A commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and develop talent.
Strong feedback culture.
Strong analytical and organizational ability.
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and experience with Field Force automation.
High negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Management reporting and budget control.
Valid driving license.
