Role OverviewThe Technical Sales Manager promotes and sells a portfolio of technical and/or non-technical products and/or services and solutions directly to existing and new end customers. This role informs customers of new product/service introductions and pricing, and creates, monitors and reviews lead generation plans to ensure a substantive pipeline of sales opportunities.
You WillIdentify the customers' needs, elaborate the works plans and ensure the execution to meet the key customer satisfaction and PIC commercial goals.Support PIC products and programs to promote genes dissemination and expression with support of the technical service teams.Develop new options to grow the business.Ensure proper payment from customers in coordination with the A/R company lead.Ensure the follow-up of commercial and company policies.RequirementsUniversity degree in Agribusiness, Agronomy, DVM.At least 5 years of sales experience.Ability to identify needs, make value propositions, and manage work plans.Ability to self-manage and integrate with external and internal client teams.Ability to communicate effectively.Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems in an empowered, self-directed/managed work environment.Ability to travel approximately 50%.Location: Santiago de ChileBusiness OverviewGenus strives to provide beef, dairy, and pork producers with superior breeding stock to enable the production of affordable and nutritious animal protein for consumers.
