Key Objectives and Expectations: We are searching for a talented professional with experience in public policy, to be part of our team in a big FMCG company. You will be responsible for public relations, ESG, external communication, stakeholders' engagement, as well as the analysis and strategic understanding of the business requirements, from Marketing and Trade, Finance, Legal, and others, related to Corporate Affairs. To succeed in this role, you should be highly professional, soft skilled, analytical, and possess excellent communication skills (written and oral) to interact with internal and external stakeholders. High proficiency in English is required. Direct Impact of this Role: Maintaining a positive corporate image for BAT while handling media requests as well as internal and external shareholder inquiries, through strategic communication, branding, and crisis management. Building relationships with the media, crafting messages, organizing events, and promoting products or services, all while anticipating and managing public perception. Determine how to externally communicate corporate perception and image. Forge relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop strategies for business growth. Analyze and understand the commercial needs of the company in the mass consumption sector. Collaborate with internal teams to collect, document, and validate requirements. Manage communication and agreements with global and regional areas. Manage relationships with local suppliers in our value chain. What We Are Looking For: Attorney, journalist, public relations. A minimum of 5 years' experience. Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High proficiency in English (written and oral). Strong leadership skills to manage teams and influence business decisions through concise storytelling. Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Agile methodology.
