The Position As a Frontline Capabilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Implement and support the Frontline Training Plan, ensuring alignment with the commercial strategy and coordinating it for the Chilean affiliate.
Manage and conduct development processes, including coaching, frontline training curriculum, and competency models.
Develop and implement training programs and materials to enhance current and future competencies of frontliners.
Collaborate on local, regional, and global training projects with the LATAM regional office and continuously improve the competency management system.
Manage the annual frontline training calendar and participate in budget planning and review processes.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position with knowledge of sales techniques and training methodology.
Understanding of the pharmaceutical market dynamics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication, organizational abilities, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
