The Business Analyst is responsible for coordinate and organise the production of reliable 'business' information to perform critical analysis
Responsibilities Analyse and monitor key data Establish the relevant analysis method and identify data to be collated accordinglySearch for external information according to requirements (market monitoring/supplier profiles/trends/pricing/etc.)Helping to implement Procurement actions (sourcing) Provide analysis for category and sourcing initiativesPerform the analysis required for the selection of best bids: data modelling and consolidation, total cost of ownership, feedback analyses, supplier bids, etc.Mastering Tools and Technologies Excellence in tools and technologies that drive efficient procurement processesMonitor activity Take part in the establishment and monitoring of quality and performance indicatorsMonitor sectoral indicators and indexes related to his/her analysis scopeContracts and Bidding rules Help disseminate relevant purchasing information to the relevant buyersPrepare and distribute communication packs related to categoriesQualifications Knowledge and experience in: SRM ( classification, performance, action plan)AuctionSurveyWhy ENGIE?
