Job Description: Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world As a certification and conformance associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the correct certification of all products in our personal safety division (PSD) for sale in Chile, Argentina, and Ecuador. In this role, you will be able to identify the regulatory requirements for each country, work with appropriate test labs and agencies to submit products for certification, and arrange manufacturing site audits as required to ensure conformance of products at all times. The impact you will make in this role Preparing, maintaining, and submitting regulatory documentation for all key product certification schemes applicable to the countries listed for the whole PSD product portfolio. Working with business portfolio leader(s) and manufacturing for the introduction of new products and management of change in existing products to ensure regulatory compliance at all times. Performing routine regulatory tasks for new and existing products. Keeping abreast of changes in all applicable standards and Regulations/Directives. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's/Master's degree or higher from an accredited institution in a scientific or engineering discipline or Diploma or equivalent and significant previous regulatory experience. At least two (2) years Regulatory Affairs experience. Fluent in English and Spanish. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Desired skills: interpersonal effectiveness, oral and written communication proficiency, organisational skills (prioritisation, project management). Ability to work well alone and in diverse teams. Flexible with a high degree of personal integrity and motivation. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Eye for detail. Knowledge of standards and regulatory framework relating to personal protective equipment in at least one of the countries listed is desirable but not essential.
